Pollinator Garden Installed at Judson Robinson, Jr. Community Center

Thanks to all the TXGCMN volunteers who helped install a native pollinator garden in a little over an hour at Judson Robinson, Jr. Community Center on May 5. The garden will be an educational space for the young people who frequent the community center, and who will be responsible for caring for the new habitat. What a trifecta evening - a meaningful service project, chapter business and advanced training on the Houston Toad. Thanks also to our longtime partners at Houston Parks and Recreation Department for facilitating the project and Dr. Cassidy Johnson for educating us about this amazing little creature!
